Château Des Roques produces a very small production of only 6000 bottles of Cuvée Blanche 2021, a Vacqueyras white wine. This blend of white Grenache, Roussanne, and Viognier is very pale in colour, with minerally, delicate aromas and herbal garrigue notes. It has hints of citrus and dried citrus peel, a good soft texture, and a fresh finish with notes of Poire William pear. A very good clean white wine, it gives a lot of pleasure thanks to a perfect balance between fat, finesse, and freshness. It leaves a seductive finish with great persistence.
