Sílice Xabrega 2021 is a red wine crafted by the Rodríguez brothers and winemaker Fredi Torres from a coupage dominated by the mencía grape variety. This unique red wine, of which only 288 bottles have been produced, reflects the commitment of Sílice viticultores to respecting the natural environment. The wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards planted on slopes in the Sil River canyon, on soils of decomposed granite and mica.
