Bodegas Altolandon's 'Dulce Enero' Ice Wine 2022 is a wild and intense wine with a punchy, tropical fruit kick. Aromas of peach, apricot, and citrus fruits are complemented by subtle spice. The palate is juicy and packed full of white-fleshed and stone fruits, with honey and a marked minerality. This sweet wine has an exceedingly long, bright finish thanks to crisp acidity. Enjoy it as an aperitif served ice cold, or pair it with Iberico ham, mature cheeses, or basque-style cheesecake. Made by owner and winemaker Rosalia Molina in one of Spain's highest altitude wineries, this organic wine expresses the typicity of DO Manchuela, with heroic vines and vignerons producing exciting wines at 1,100 metres above sea level.
