The Médoc in southwest France is home to some of the most famous wines in the world, including the great names of Bordeaux. And our Definition blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot gives you the chance to see what all the fuss is about. It’s made by respected producer Château Livran, one of the oldest wineries in the region. They’ve embraced biodynamic principles for the best part of a decade and banned pesticides and insecticides in their vineyards. Grapes are harvested from 40-year-old vines to make for a fruity and smooth wine with powerful structure and hints of red fruit and blackcurrant. Enjoy it with cold cured meats, beef, game, poultry or hard cheese.
