'The Mooring' Cape Red is crafted from 70% Pinotage and 30% Cinsault grapes that are grown in the vast and fertile Breede River Valley region, bringing a unique character to the wine. The winemaking was focused on preserving the fruit character with a short period of skin contact before a cool fermentation in neutral stainless steel tanks.
