TASTING NOTES. Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from two old-vine parcels (~50 years old) in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, planted on shallow clay-limestone soils. The nose offers an elegant bouquet of black fruit, rose petals, and hints of spice.
