Fekete Pince Furmint 2021, a wine from Somlo, Hungary, made from 100% Furmint grapes. At first glance, even when sniffing, you can feel that we are dealing with a real 'Fekete' furmint. Pears, quinces, and peaches emerge from the glass. In addition to bright acids that belie its age, there are mineral and salty elements. This wine is surprisingly friendly, quite easy to indulge, yet leaves a deep impression and lingers for a long time. Only 1400 bottles were produced. The winemaking process involved careful manual harvesting, 4 hours of skin contact, gentle pressing, and natural fermentation in 1000l Hungarian oak barrel. It was then aged for 10 months in 1000l used oak barrel, followed by 26 months of airtight maturation in tank. This wine is suitable for both women and men.
