Feteasca Regala, Cramele Recas, Reserve 2022 is an intensive white wine with citrus and pineapple notes, and a hint of white-pepper like spice. The lively fruit salad continues onto the palate, which finishes with a slight touch of sweetness and a slight grippiness, typical for Feteasca Regala. The grapes come from selected areas of the vineyard with fractured limestone and light iron oxide rich loams, clay soils. They are given an extended ripening period to allow development of more intense flavor. The wine is night harvested to retain freshness, and the grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed, cooled and immediately pressed, cooled again then must fully clarified using flotation.
