1 x 75cl Domaine Gueguen, Cotes Salines, Bourgogne Chardonnay white, with its beautiful pale yellow colour for this crisp white Burgundy, with a nose of white flowers, almonds and toasted bread. The palate reveals a lovely mineral taste very special to the soil of these vines with a finish that reveals a honey taste. The wine is aged on lies and in steel tanks allowing it to keep its crispiness and fruit. The entire Domaine Gueguen estate is now in HVE3 with the next step being full organic conversion. This wine is also vegan-friendly. The fermentation is done with only natural yeast and no chemical additives. It is a good alternative to the far more expensive Chablis, we would recommend giving it a try.
