Mouzon-Leroux Verzy Grand Cru L'Atavique NV Champagne

75cl / 12% - These eight hectares of biodynamic vineyards in the Grand Cru village of Verzy offer a clear expression of terroir. Sebastien works with the classic grapes of Champagne as well as Arbane, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Petit Meslier. This wine has a lovely apple-y aroma with almond croissant and white florals on the nose. The palate has an easy character with hints of sappy ripe fruit and a delicious chalky, herbaceous finish.
