Muga are as classic as Rioja gets. They even make their own oak barrels to get the ageing process spot on. Their reds may make the headlines, but this Rioja Blanco is a real hidden gem. It's rested on its lees and aged in oak for three months. As a result, there's a deliciously subtle texture to its flavours of citrus, apple and white flowers. Try it with grilled fish.
