Julio Bouchon Granito Semillon 2017 is a white wine from Chile. It has a bright yellow colour with golden highlights and ripe lemon and pear fruit flavours. The wine is well structured and complex, with subtle oak notes. It is produced from old vines with deep roots, planted in the 1940s in the Maule Valley. The grapes are hand harvested in March and pressed in a vertical press, followed by barrel fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. This wine is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and is certified organic.
