Tsarev Brod winery, located in the village of Tsarev Brod near the town of Shumen, is close to the Madara Raider, a UNESCO cultural and natural heritage site. The winery's project started in 2001 when the family of agronomists planted the first hectares of vines. The grapes from Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Pinot Noir are tested with various winemaking techniques.
