MCC Lord's ‘The Pavilion’ Chardonnay, IGP Pays d’Oc

This Chardonnay is part of our exclusive collaboration with Lord’s Cricket Ground – a celebration of classic style with a modern, food-friendly feel. Grown on limestone-rich soils near the Canal du Midi, the grapes benefit from natural irrigation and optimal sun exposure, giving them excellent ripeness and balance. Fermented in medium-toast French oak and aged on fine lees with regular stirring, this wine delivers a creamy, rounded mouthfeel layered with ripe pear, quince and sweet spice. A touch of vanilla and hazelnut add depth without overwhelming the wine’s natural brightness. Elegant and expressive, this is a Chardonnay that pairs beautifully with roast poultry, white meats or soft cheeses. How does it taste?
