Drappier Carte d’Or Brut NV Champagne

75cl / 12% - The cellars at Drappier date back to 1152, but it was not until 1808 that the house was officially created. Drappier still work with the region's nearly-forgotten varietals, such as Arbane, Petit Meslier and Blanc Vrai, and with little to no sulphur in the wines. A simple, easy-drinking Brut NV with apples and white flowers and a hint of freshly baked brioche throughout the palate. This Champagne is lovely as an aperitif.
