Cantina Fiorentino is based in Galatina, in the heart of Salento, and is recognised for producing a range of organic wines that reflect the region's unique terroir. We're delighted to be listing this new addition made from the Fiano grape, which is indigenous to southern Italy. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain its freshness and purity, this wine offers delicate aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits and hazelnuts, intertwined with subtle herbaceous notes and a refined mineral and saline finish. Available in a 75cl size, this wine is suitable for both men and women.
