ABOUT THE WINE. Founded in 1924 by Giovanni Scolaris, Villa Folini is a family-owned estate with nearly a century of winemaking history. The winery gained early recognition supplying wine to British and American soldiers during the post–World War II occupation of Italy. Today, the estate is led by third-generation winemaker Marco Scolaris, with all wines produced from estate-grown vineyards. This 2022 Prosecco Rosé DOC represents a fresh, vibrant expression of modern Italian sparkling wine.. TASTING NOTES.
