Two Hands Ares Shiraz 2019/20, Barossa Valley

Deep garnet-purple in color and intensely scented of blackberries and black plums with nuances of cedar, black pepper, Indian spices and loam, the medium to full-bodied Ares Shiraz has a solid core of youthful black fruit and exotic spice flavors with the oak standing out a little as do the firm, grainy tannins at this stage. It finishes with great length.
