Title: Valenciso Rioja Blanco | A white wine from the North of the Rioja Alta area in Spain. The grapes are sourced from 80 year old vines, grown using sustainable viticultural practices. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then transferred to 225 litre Caucasian oak barrels for 9 months. Complex aromas of floral characters, preserved lemon, truffles, and smoky notes are present. The palate is intense and broad with nutty, stone fruit characters, candied peel, minerality, and balancing citrus acidity.
