This Becker 2019 Kammerberg Spätburgunder Grand Cru is a dry red wine. On the nose, it has aromas of wild berries, tobacco, and black tea. The palate is dense, powerful, and juicy, with a deep ruby red color. It has very good length, an elegant freshness, and excellent structure. The wine is made from grapes carefully selected by hand, de-stemmed, and fermented on the skins. After two to three weeks of fermentation in open oak vats, the grapes were gently pressed.
