The Kochan & Platz winery is located in Lieser, in the heart of the Middle Moselle. In Veldenz the Kochan and Platz families grow their wines. Most of them are on steep slopes, which make up the fascination and the special terroir of the Moselle region. The deep respect of tradition in our region guarantees excellent qualities. The Riesling Classic comes from slate sites in Lieser. Fresh minerality is united in this wine with a delicate hint of ripe fruit. The tangy acidity underlines the fruity components of lime and peach. It has a strong structure and an inspiring finish. This wine is best served at a temperature of 6-8 degrees Celsius. It has an alcohol content of 12.0% vol. and a residual sugar level of 10.7 g/l. The acidity level is 7.0 g/l. The wine is available in a 75cl size and is suitable for both men and women.
