This is a juicy skin contact wine made from ripe fruits of peach and apricot, with hints of herbs, a little gingery spice and a subtle tannic grip. Enjoy it on a sunny day or alongside hard alpine cheese or a risotto. The wine is made sustainably, with the use of their own fertilisers made from grape skins, manure and straw from their fields, to improve the soil structure and vitality of their vines. The south-east and south-west exposure of the slopes provides conditions for perfect ripening, and the grapes are harvested in the early morning to harness acidity and pure fruit expression.
