Lush in its rolling greenery and arable farmland, the Cotswolds is an iconic piece of England. The Cotswolds Distillery harnesses these strengths, using solely locally grown barley to produce a fruit-forward style of malt and maturing all of their casks onsite. This expression was matured exclusively in a single first-fill ruby Port hogshead for no less than seven years.. Bottled at the full cask strength of 59.2% and bottled without chill filtration or added colouring.. One of just 282 bottles.
