This award-winning Beetroot Wine Vinegar was a real labour of love for The Slow Vinegar Company, taking an incredible amount of skill, imagination and patience to transform an abundant root vegetable into a stunning wine vinegar.. The earthy, rich flavours of the beetroot make this a brilliant additional meat casseroles, vegetable stews, or even over cheese on toast. The beets are sourced from a local farmer, with the double fermentation process creating a delicious vinegar that's pretty close to pickled beetroot..
