70cl / 40% - A vibrant Aval Dor citrus vodka from Colwith Farm Distillery, made in collaboration with Cornish chef Emily Scott, head chef at Emily Scott Food in Watergate Bay, Cornwall. Inspired by Emily's love for using citrus fruits in her cooking, this vodka was made by distilling citrus rinds into its award-winning potato vodka, creating notes of sherbet lemons and creamy lemon cheesecake throughout the palate.
