Hello, I'm Giorgio — welcome to our family's historic vinegar cellar. Together with my father Mario, President of the "Antiche Acetaie" Producers' Consortium and President of the ABTM D.O.P. Expert Tasters Association, I share a passion for ABTM in all its facets, from production to revealing its secrets. In the cellar you will see numerous "batteria", including the one started by my great-grandfather Mario in 1905 which is still in production today. We will also talk about other lines of barrels important to my family, such as those started by my grandfather Giorgio in the early 1950s to mark the birth of his children. It is precisely because of our deep passion for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that we decided to open our home and welcome you into this magical world.
