Parmigiano Wine and Balsamic Vinegar Experience from Bologna

Discover the best products of the Emilia Romagna region as you visit three local producers of Parmigiano Reggiano, wine, and traditional balsamic vinegar. Enjoy an authentic experience with a local host from Bologna who will share their passion and love for our food traditions. We keep our groups small to make the experience more fun and engaging, while supporting small farmers and family run producers in the area. The tour starts around 7:00 AM, as Parmigiano Reggiano is made early in the morning. We’ll stop for breakfast along the way before reaching the dairy, where you’ll get to see every stage of the production process. We work with certified tour leaders, and each stop includes tastings of local products, all food and wine are included.
