A fresh and delicately fruity Prosecco Rosé with red berry and floral aromas. Lively on the palate with ripe strawberry and raspberry notes and a clean, refreshing finish. Made from selected parcels of Glera grapes grown northeast of Treviso, with the addition of 10% Pinot Noir from the DOC region to give colour and flavour. Hand harvested at optimum ripeness to give the required balance between aromatics and good acidity. Gentle pneumatic pressing followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks, where the wine spends 2 months on lees. This unisex wine is suitable for both men and women to enjoy.
