Baron de Ray Crémant de Bordeaux Rosé NV, AOP Crémant de Bordeaux

Crafted in the traditional method and aged on lees for at least nine months, this elegant rosé comes from the rising Crémant de Bordeaux appellation. Made from 98% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc, it’s produced by Baron de Ray – part of Bordeaux Families, a historic growers’ union now representing over 300 winegrowing families. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle, creating fine bubbles and a smooth texture. Pale pink in colour, it’s delicately perfumed with notes of red berries and a touch of sweetness (8g/L), making it both expressive and easy-drinking. Enjoy as an aperitif or pair with fruity desserts like strawberry tart, iced parfait or a citrus granita.
