This Rathfinny Estate Rosé Brut 2018 is a 75cl wine from the 2018 vintage, often referred to as the vintage of the decade. It's drinking well at the moment and is Rathfinny's most expressive cuvée. The wine is wildly fragrant with blood orange, peach and orange cream notes. The palate is explosive with wild strawberry, orange zest and a sherbety finish. It's perfect for a celebration or to pair with Asian cuisine or fruit-based desserts like strawberry soufflé. Rathfinny English sparklers are highly regarded, and this family-owned estate was established in 2010 by Mark and Sarah Driver. Their estate vineyard extends to over 93 hectares in the South Downs, just three miles from the Channel, and is predominantly planted with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, as well as small plantings of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris.
