This Prosecco is made using the traditional Martinotti (Charmat) method to preserve bright fruit and lively bubbles. A reliable, crowd-pleasing sparkler. Expect notes of crisp green apple, pear, white peach, lemon, and soft florals with fresh acidity. Perfect as an apéritif or with seafood, sushi, salads and light Italian antipasti.
