A fantastic value Sauvignon Blanc from South Africa's first B-Corp winery. For nearly 30 years the Gabb family, originally from Shropshire, have been tending their picturesque vineyards in the Schapenberg Hills of Stellenbosch. A blend of 350-million-year-old decomposed granite soils and refreshing southeastern breezes rolling in from the Atlantic Ocean makes this an ideal spot for growing a range of varieties, including Sauvignon Blanc. Aromatic and zesty, expect flavours of gooseberries, passionfruit, green figs, and apple. It’s delicious with fresh oysters or grilled fish.
