Each pack contains two wellingtons Try serving them with some new potatoes, chantennay carrots and broccoli One pack is enough to serve two main courses This wellington contains a 70g portion of smoked haddock swathed in a cheese and spinach sauce, in an open topped puff pastry case. It's a quality production which cooks from frozen in your oven (at 200C) in about 30 minutes.
