Quirky Scottish Tablet Artisan Chocolate Bar 100g

Butter tablet is the Scottish version of fudge. Traditionally made with sugar, butter and condensed milk, it has a distinctive texture and flavour all of its own. We have called upon a neighbour, Ross's of Edinburgh, to supply us with their authentic Scottish tablet for this bar. They have been making Scottish sweeties for over 130 years, and their tablet is delicious creamy with a lovely buttery flavour. We have combined the tablet with a mixture of white and 'gold' chocolate. Gold chocolate is white chocolate that's been made with caramelised sugar and caramelised milk, and has rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and a dash of salt. It's golden fudge-like colour makes this bar look uncannily like tablet too! Ingredients: White Chocolate: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Milk powder, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Vanilla Extract.
