75cl / 12.5% - This small family-owned growers' Champagne house is made up of seven hectares of vines in the cru of Ambonnay that they work sustainably. Only 2500 bottles of Princess des Thunes are produced each year from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wine is full of fruit: apple, plum and nectarine with a hint of beeswax and orange peel.
