Formulated with vitamins B12 and C which help support the normal function of the immune system and Biotin which provides support for the delicate mucous membranes when you need it most. Ingredients Water, Buckwheat Honey, Manuka Honey (15%), Glycerin, Ginger Extract, Propolis, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate), Ascorbic Acid, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Flavourings (Lemon, Peppermint), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Wild Thyme Extract, Folic Acid, Biotin, Cyanocobalamin. Instructions & Warnings SUGGESTED INTAKE Adults: take 10ml (2 teaspoons) up to 4 times a day, up to 40ml daily. Children over Eight years old: 5ml (1 teaspoon) up to 4 times a day, up to 20ml daily.
