Fire is the latest addition to BOHNS Rubs & Seasonings' barbecue spice mix collection, designed for lovers of spicy barbecue.. This rub delivers a medium to hot level spice hit, with cayenne and Scotch Bonnet balanced out by sweet and fragrant capsicums and paprika. Be sure to apply plenty of rub, and leave it to "sweat" into the meat for at least an hour to enhance the flavour.
