Buyer-beware - this is by far the hottest chilli jam we've ever tasted, courtesy of the Welsh Smokery.. Their Special Reserve Chilli Jam is made with the hottest chillies grown in the UK (Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion and Dorset Naga), which are slowly smoked and transformed into a fiery, sticky jam. The chillies make up a whopping 12.9% of the whole jar - it really packs a punch.
