This elegant white Burgundy is a blend of Chardonnay and the rare Pinot Beurot (Burgundy's name for Pinot Gris), sourced from two young vineyard parcels planted on clay-limestone-silt soils. The wine opens with exotic tropical fruit and pink grapefruit aromas, especially from the Pinot Beurot. The palate reveals vibrant citrus, lime blossom, and hawthorn, carried by refreshing acidity and finishing with a saline, mineral-laced freshness — a distinctive and expressive Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Blanc..
