A beautifully crisp and pale English white wine from the multi-award winning Poulton Hill Estate, produced with a blend of Phoenix and Seyval grapes grown in their stunning Cotswolds vineyard.. You'll notice elderflower and herbaceous undertones on the nose, followed by crisp and balanced flavours on the palate that's bursting with pear, gooseberry and creamy apple. An ideal English wine for drinking on its own, or pairing with pasta, seafood or Thai food!. 75cl. 11.5% ABV. 85% Phoenix, 15% Seyval. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
