Yet another award-winning bacon from the Welsh Smokery, this time creating using Welsh pork, rich molasses and dark spiced rum.. Each small batch of bacon is cured by hand and gently smoked at their smokery in the Welsh mountains, before being infused with the rum and molasses to deliver a dark, rich flavour. It's the perfect choice for spaghetti carbonara, or to make your own pigs in blankets.. 5-6 slices, 100g.
