A two star winner at the Great Taste Awards 2020, this wonderfully fruity, smoky chilli jam from the Welsh Smokery is made with British-grown Aji Limon (Lemon Drop) chillies and a touch of pepper.. The Welsh Smokery slowly smoke their chillies to bring a whole new dimension to this sweet chilli jam, making it ideal for pairing with fish, burgers or cheese - you can even mix it with a little bit of mayo to make an incredible dip.
