The mill designed by Philippe Starck stands as the first author mill in the world, fusing tradition, modernity and gastronomy in one place: the Sierra de Ronda. This space has been designed to highlight the culture and history of one of the emblematic products of Spanish gastronomy, with the collaboration of Philippe Starck, noted international designer. LA Almazara allows you to witness firsthand the process of growing and transforming olive oil into an avant-garde building that has its own museum, tasting areas or auditorium for events in an incomparable place, the Sierra de Ronda. The building is a unique architectural gem, with a structure inspired by the personality of Andalusia: austere, rigorous, real, exaggerated, timeless, strong, spiritual and passionate.
