75cl / 12.5% - An elegant and self-assured Champagne made with a proprietary method used by the Maison since 1930. At the moment of bottling, a small amount of ‘liqueur de tirage’ - a blend of sugar, yeast and must - is added, creating a lighter effervescence. Notes of panettone, lime blossom, plum and praline fill the palate, making this wine a great pairing with smoked duck or tart, citrussy desserts.
