Citrus medica ‘Cedro’ is an unusual Citrus distinguished by its impressive, rough-skinned fruit. The large, oval-shaped fruits can weigh up to 2.5kg and are highly aromatic. Each fruit has little flesh or juice but a very thick rind with a high concentration of essential oils, delivering an intense citrus flavour, perfect for enhancing drinks, desserts, sauces and marmalades.This historic Citrus also makes a fantastic ornamental tree, bringing an authentic Mediterranean feel into the garden landscape.
