Hazelnut 'Kentish Cob' (Filbert)

?Kentish Cob? is a self-fertile, attractive and bushy hazelnut tree that from September will produce large crops of cobnuts. Likely the most well-known variety in the UK, in early spring will produce masses of yellow-green coloured catkins. Once planted, nuts will begin to grow three or four years after, and as it?s self-fertile, you won?t need to plant a pollinator alongside it. Height and spread: 3m (9').
