Zaluzianskya ovata 'Star Balsam'

Handsome, white cup shaped flowers form on this fascinating perennial that fills the air with it?s vanilla scent in summer. More well known as Night Scented Phlox, Zaluzianskya ovata 'Star Balsam?s blooms look like they?re handmade, with delicately formed petals and reverse side intense red staining on the underside of each bloom. Sticky to touch, the foliage is semi-evergreen for interest all year round, grow this lovely phlox on patio tables, but be sure to protect from frost inside a greenhouse or conservatory during winter.
