Cabbage Chinese 'Manoko' F1 - Organic Seeds

Cabbage Chinese ‘Manoko’ is a premium quality, fast-growing Chinese cabbage. This mid-season, cold tolerant variety is suitable for all-season sowing and harvesting in autumn, winter and spring with the benefit of protection from a polytunnel or greenhouse. Tall, cylindrical, very dense heads with a high water content resulting in a deliciously crunchy texture and a tender midrib. Chinese Cabbage ‘Manoko’ can mature in as little as 7 weeks from sowing. Use the mature heads shredded and added to stir fries. Alternatively, plants can be grown on a cut-and-come-again basis, harvesting young leaves regularly as a salad crop.
