Sweetcorn 'Picasso'

Probably the sweetest variety I have tasted! Unlike other sweetcorn, these produce purple flowers and the stalks & cob leaves are also tinged with purple making them very attractive. The bi-coloured cobs are around 20cm long and the kernels are incredibly tender and almost explode in your mouth. In fact, they are so juicy and sweet I was eating them raw with juice running down my chin!   Our 9cm potted plants are multisown, ensuring a minimum of 4-6 plants per pot. Upon delivery, simply gently separate the rootballs and space the individual plants 45cm (18in) apart in a grid pattern.
