Japanese Jellyfish salad

Jellyfish Salad . Yes you have read that correctly.  Although certainly new to many of our customers here in the UK, in some parts of the eastern world jellyfish has been used as a food source for over 1700 years and according to wikipedia - the bastion of all truth - it has been utilized as an aphrodisiac for much of this time..  We certainly won’t be vouching for such rumors anytime soon, but what we will say is that this jellyfish salad will certainly tantalize your taste buds with its sweet, spicy sesame umami flavour and a pleasant chili kick. We’d definitely recommend it as a new and exciting side dish to any evening  or simply as an accompaniment to a cold beverage as the sun goes down. Delicious.
